Is Starter really free?

Yes. Starter is free.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can start free without a credit card.

Do I get access immediately, or is this a waitlist?

Starter access is immediate. Growth and Team are offered through Early Access as they ship.

What happens right after I sign up?

You pick competitors from Rivlo’s curated index, then Rivlo starts tracking their key competitivesurfaces. You’ll begin receiving digests based on your plan cadence.

How long does setup take?

Minutes. You select competitors from Rivlo’s index and Rivlo handles the monitoring coverageautomatically.

Can I request a competitor that isn’t in the index?

Yes. Request it and we’ll prioritize getting it live. Typically live within 1 to 2 business days.

Does Rivlo support categories beyond CX?

Rivlo starts with a curated CX index and expands across SaaS categories over time.

What Rivlo tracks

What does Rivlo cover today?

Pricing and packaging changes, positioning and feature claims, release notes and productupdates, and hiring signals.

What sources does Rivlo use?

Rivlo tracks competitor websites (pricing, features, careers, and release updates). Growth andTeam expand coverage to include social sources, newsletters, and review sites.

Do you track social media?

Growth and Team include social tracking (LinkedIn, X, and YouTube).

Do you track competitor newsletters and emails?

Growth and Team include newsletter capture via a forward-to address or shared capture inbox.

Do you track review sites like G2?

Growth and Team include review signals (G2, Capterra, and TrustRadius).

Do you track competitor news, legal actions, or regulatory updates?

These are planned expansions. If you have a specific source you care about, tell us and we’llprioritize it.

Do you track private sources or require login credentials?

Rivlo focuses on sources that can be monitored without requiring your team to managecredentials. If you have a specific workflow in mind, reach out.

Signals, reports, and accuracy

What do I actually receive?

You receive competitive signals and digests. Each signal includes a short summary, whatchanged, why it matters, and source context with a before/after view where applicable.

What makes a change “meaningful”?

Rivlo filters out trivial or cosmetic changes and prioritizes updates that affect pricing, positioning,product claims, releases, or strategic direction.

Does Rivlo show evidence for every signal?

Yes. Signals include linked source context and before/after views where applicable so teamscan reference the underlying change.

How often does Rivlo check competitors?

Starter runs weekly. Growth and Team run daily.

Can I control sensitivity so I get fewer or more signals?

Growth and Team include per-source sensitivity controls and relevance threshold settings.

Can I ignore certain sections or phrases on competitor pages?

Growth and Team support ignore phrases and ignore sections per source.

Plans, limits, and upgrades

What’s the difference between Starter, Growth, and Team?

Starter is high-signal competitive awareness with a weekly digest. Growth adds expandedsources, daily cadence, and a continuous in-app feed with filters. Team adds multi-usercollaboration, Slack and Teams delivery, competitor profiles, battlecards, persona views, andexports.

How many competitors can I track?

Starter supports up to 5 competitors, Growth up to 12, and Team up to 25.

How much history does Rivlo keep?

Starter includes 30 days of signal history, Growth includes 90 days, and Team includes 12months.

What counts as a competitor?

A competitor is a tracked company from Rivlo’s index, with its supported sources monitoredunder your plan.

Can I upgrade later without losing my history?

Upgrading preserves your workspace and your retained history under the new plan.

Are Growth and Team available now?

They are coming in 2026 and offered through Early Access as they ship.

What does Early Access mean?

Early Access customers get access as features roll out, provide feedback that shapes theroadmap, and receive updates as capabilities expand.

Signals, reports, and accuracy

Do you offer battlecards?

Team includes structured battlecards per competitor, with suggested updates triggered by newsignals.

Do you offer competitor profiles?

Team includes persistent competitor profiles with positioning summaries, pricing snapshots, packaging overviews, and linked source inventory.

Can different teams see different views?

Team includes persona-based views (AE, SE, PMM, Leadership) with configurable thresholds and default landing experiences.

Can signals be linked to deals?

Team supports associating signals, battlecards, and collections with specific deals, withdeal-friendly summaries suitable for CRM notes.

Can I export intelligence?

Team includes CSV exports of signals and PDF competitive briefs (weekly, monthly, or percompetitor), plus shareable read-only views.

Do you integrate with Notion?

Team includes structured export templates and Notion sync.

Delivery and collaboration

Can I get Rivlo in Slack?

Team includes Slack delivery.

Can I send digests to multiple people?

Team supports multiple digest recipients and per-user configurable digests.

Do you support Microsoft Teams?

Team includes Microsoft Teams delivery.

Can we discuss signals inside Rivlo?

Team includes commenting and discussion on signals.

Security and data

Is my data shared with other customers?

No. Your workspace data is not shared with other customers.

What data does Rivlo store?

Rivlo stores signal history, source context needed to support signals, and your workspaceconfiguration.

Do you support SSO?

Team includes SSO support.

Do you claim SOC 2 compliance?

Not today. Team is designed with SOC 2 oriented controls in mind (SSO, SCIM, audit logs,retention policies), and we will publish formal attestations when they are in place.

Billing

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can stop using Rivlo at any time. For paid plans, you can cancel before renewal.

Do you offer quarterly and annual billing?

Yes. Quarterly billing includes a 5% discount and annual billing includes a 15% discount.

How does Team pricing work with users?

Team includes 1 user and supports additional users for a per-user fee. Quarterly and annualdiscounts apply.

Do you support invoices or procurement workflows?
